Maui Math Circle Session 4
On Saturday, January 21, 2017, middle and high school students from Iao Intermediate, Maui High School, and Seabury Hall volunteered at Pomaika'i Elementary School for the fourth session of Maui Math Circle to help students learn advanced math concepts and problem solving skills.
There were about 70 students from third, fourth, and fifth grade in attendance. The students learned about statistics, counting, measurement, and the distance formula.
We would like to thank our adult volunteers: Clarice Lee, Michele Sera, Lori Tanaka, and Sean Wilson.
